No. The artwork is created through an AI-assisted, human-controlled process. AI supports generation, while people direct the work, review its quality, approve the result and handle delivery.

Steam limits each uploaded GIF to 5 MB. With Steam Artwork, the entire animation must fit inside a single GIF, which requires more compression. Steam Workshop divides the same composition into five separate GIF panels, and each panel can use up to 5 MB. This gives the Workshop format a larger total file-size budget to preserve detail, color and motion. The difference comes from Steam's technical format limits, not from the care invested in creating your artwork.

You need to provide one character image and the custom name you want displayed. A frame is optional: you can upload your own, select one from our ready-made options or continue without one. During the order, you can also choose the artwork theme, visual effects and optional colors.

The accepted formats are PNG, JPG, JPEG and WEBP. Files must be clear, complete and large enough to produce a high-quality vertical artwork.

The standard Workshop package includes one character. Multiple characters require a separate arrangement and are not included in the standard order.

The order is paused before production and you are asked to send a replacement. Production continues only after the required files are suitable.

The standard package includes two static image previews created from the same order. Both are sent together so you can compare them and choose which visual direction will be used for the final animation.

A preview shows the composition, character, custom name, colors, expression, lighting, the frame when selected and the overall visual direction before animation begins.

The approved preview becomes the fixed visual base for the final animation. Large creative changes after approval are not included.

You receive the final animated video and five separate GIF files prepared for upload to a Steam Workshop Showcase. The GIFs are divided into the correct sections so they can be placed together on your profile.

No. Delivery includes only the finished video and the five final GIF files prepared for use on Steam. Photoshop files, project files, generation files and other editable working materials are not included.

The approved preview is used as the visual base. The animation adds motion and effects while preserving the selected composition as closely as the production process allows.

No post-delivery revision or correction round is included. Every final artwork is reviewed internally before delivery, and the delivered order is considered complete.

You receive an email with a private download link, the order status and basic instructions for using the final video and the five GIF files on Steam.

Yes. Submitted files and order materials are treated as private and are used only to process the requested artwork.

Order files are retained for 90 days after delivery and may then be permanently deleted. During this period, you may contact us if you need the private download link again. You should still download and safely store your final files, as recovery cannot be guaranteed after 90 days. If you authorize gallery publication, only the final MP4 used for public display may be retained separately while that permission remains active; original uploads and editable working files are never published.

No. An artwork is published in the public gallery only after the customer gives separate permission for portfolio use.

Yes. By placing an order, you confirm that you own the submitted files or have the necessary permission to use and process them.

Illegal content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexualized real-person imagery, leaked private material, hateful content, forged documents and clearly stolen watermarked material are not accepted.

You may contact us regarding portfolio permission. Gallery publication is separate from production and does not affect the delivered artwork.
